October 15 – First day to register. Your registration is finalised when payment is done. (Last day of registration is the 28th of March, but it may close earlier if the tournament is full)

December  31– Last day of possible refund if cancellation is made

February 28 - Register Cup-Pass due to changed production conditions

March 28 – Last day to enter registration

April 1 - Last day of registration of arrival time, team, team-relations and dispensation (-s) , food allergies  

April 11 -  Make final payment of Cup-Pass A, Cup-Pass B

May 4 –  Publication of competition-schedule 

May 8 – Link to digital check-in is sent out 

May 22 –  Digital check-in starts

May 28 – Day of arrival at accomodation

May 29 – Qualification begins

May 30–  Qualification ends

May 31 – A- and B-playoffs and EB finals

June 1– A- finals, check-out and departure! 
                 Last A-final game is done by 17.00.  

All teams are responsible for filling in information and keeping to the time limits themselves.
